A new keyboard shortcuts for inserting rows, deleting rows and for moving rows up/down is added.
A new option to duplicate rows.
After inserting a row (with popup menu->Insert Column), the focus stays on the name column so that user can type immediately.
When a column which is part of one or more relationships is removed, a warning is displayed to the user.
Pressing Escape in the Print Preview dialog closes the dialog.
Table Properties Window Size Remembered
Spares user from resizing it continuously. If you double click on a entity it brings up the Table Properties dialog. Resize the dialog and click OK. The double click on the entity again and the original size is used.
