Mr. Prakash is a Product Development & Engineering executive with over 15 years of experience in product delivery including product management, application development and hosting operations. Sachin has a passion for building industry leading products with particular areas of interest being SaaS (Software as a Service), especially in the enterprise space.

Sachin joined UpShot Corporation, the pioneer in CRM SaaS and a well funded VC company, as employee #9 and became part of the leadership team to grow the company to over 100 people. Sachin was the Director of Engineering & CTO when UpShot was acquired by Siebel Systems.

At Siebel, as Director of Engineering, Sachin helped launch Siebel's first CRM SaaS offering based on Siebel's technology stack, maintained engineering and hosting operations responsibility for the UpShot CRM application with over 10,000 users and helped define Siebel's next generation SaaS Platform.

After Oracle's acquisition of Siebel, Mr. Prakash, as Senior Director of Engineering, worked with Oracle's executive leadership team to create a new business unit called Social CRM SaaS. Sachin helped define the business model for the business unit and created and managed a team of well over 100 people spanning 3 continents and 5 countries. Mr. Prakash also successfully introduced a few firsts at Oracle including the largest adoption of Scrum by a product development team at the time and worked with corporate legal, corporate security and corporate marketing to launch the first built from-the-ground-up truly SaaS product at Oracle.

Mr. Prakash is now at AquaFold Corporation where he is in charge of product management, engineering and hosting operations, as the Executive Vice President of Product Development. During his time at AquaFold, Sachin has helped launch two version 1.0 products including an enterprise application server geared towards ETL and a SaaS product targeted towards the software development community.
