Improved Excel Query Performance

Dramatically reduce the amount of time it takes to get query results from very large Excel files. Queries which took nearly 40 seconds in version 15.0 now take less than 15 seconds in version 16.0.

Using a 50.9 MB monthly export .XLSX Excel file downloaded from http://info.crunchbase.com/about/crunchbase-data-exports/ as our registered server connection, we performed the following queries within the Query Analyzer in both version 15.0 and version 16.0.
