Three new export options are added to the View Data window. The Preview to Excel option displays a preview of your data in a temporary Excel file. The Export to Excel option exports data to an Excel file using the user-defined export settings.
The Export to CSV option exports records in comma-separated or tab-delimited format.
The new copy options allow you to easily copy all or only a few selected records in a variety of formats.
The Show All Fields check box is added to the Underlying Tab of the View Data window. By default, Visual Analytics displays the underlying data for all dimensions and measures in the data pane for the highlighted data points. Unchecking this check box displays only those dimensions and measures which you have used in your chart.
