With the Sybase ASE Storage Manager you can now use the "Object" tab to view the storage information of table and indexes for capacity planning.
The new enhanced Object tab in displays:

Table Name: Name of the database object
Schema Name: Owner of the table
Segment: Name of the table segment
Type: Whether Sytem or User Table
Row Count: Number of rows in the table
Reserved: reports the amount of space that has been allocated to all the tables that have been created in the database
Data: shows how much space has actually been used by data
Indexes: shows how much space has actually been used by indexes
Unused: shows the amount of space that has been reserved but not yet used by existing table
Created Date: Date on which the table was created
Lock Type: Lock Type of the table
Type = Index
Index Name: Name of the index object
Index Schema: Owner of the Index
Table Name: Name of the database object
