Subversion 1.6 Support

Added support for Subversion 1.6:  Aqua Data Studio updated to SVNKit version 1.3.0. With this update, Aqua Data Studio allows use of Subversion Workspace Format version 1.6 for the local repository, or version 1.5 (the default).
File -> Options -> Version Control -> Subversion : Workspace Format.

Cancel Workspace Refresh: An update to a repository refresh can now be canceled with a click on the cancel button at the bottom of the Main Application Window. This is useful in cases where refreshes begin consuming more memory than desired while other operations are taking place.
