Debuggers (Revision #26)

Step Into and Step Return have been added to all debuggers.  Also, within all of the included Debuggers, users can now sort tables and will display Pivot Grid Results if they are enabled.

Test the following functionality:

1. You’re able to sort tables

2. When the table are sorted, you get the right objects selected

StackPanel - shouldn’t be sortable
