At the current version, when connecting to Snowflake, you need to specify the Warehouse. If you do not, then you get the error message "Database or Warehouse does not exist".
This should work, as other tools like DBbeaver and even the Sowflake ODBC driver can connect without specifying this parameter.

Hi Lisa,
I was reviewing old Deferred Development cases that were assigned to me and I wanted to know if this request is something that can be added in a future release of Aqua Data Studio or not.
I have tested this on Aqua Data Studio 24.1.0-rc-1 and this behavior persists. When it is not specified the Warehouse on the connection I receive the error indicated on the screenshot "SnowflakeConnectiontest".
