The Support page provides information about your installation and environment that can assist the AquaFold team in diagnosing and troubleshooting any issues you may encounter while using Aqua Data Server. On this page:
In order to quickly and effectively solve problems, having some key information about the environment is very helpful. Hence, we request that you supply us with this information any time you contact support. The first section, licenses, lets us quickly retrieve your history and determine if other users in your company have encountered similar issues. The next set of sections tell us about your operating environment, both hardware and software and the version of Aqua Data Server you are running. Finally, the charting section tells us whether charts are being successfully rendered and whether a hardware or software renderer is being used.
To contact our support team, please send an email to architect (at) aquafold.com and include the information on the Support Tab as well as relevant logs (Aqua Data Server or Tomcat logs). We also welcome your feedback about the product and would love to hear your suggestions.
