We have provided support for Partial indexes and Document validation in MongoDB 3.2. A new privilege action, bypassDocumentValidation, is added to MongoDB 3.2. We have improved support for MongoDB 3.0 by adding session information. MongoJS now supports script generation for index, roles, users, database, and fields.
MongoDB Driver has been upgraded to Java 3.2.1 and supports all existing MongoDB features in Aqua Data Studio.
We have added a new authentication method called User Name Authentication. You can now register a new Hive Server by authenticating only by the username.
Apache drivers have also been updated to Version 1.1.
PostgreSQL 9.5 is ready for use with all of the PostgreSQL features already built into Aqua Data Studio.
Auto-reconnect checks if your connection to Query Analyzer is still valid. If your connection is closed or severed, then auto-reconnect establishes a connection and sends the query to the server. Use File > Options > General > Query Windows to enable this option.

The time taken to expand the schema objects in Excel database has improved. On expanding a table tree node in a schema containing 100,000 records, Aqua Data Studio Version 18.0 takes 3.30 seconds to retrieve data as compared to Aqua Data Studio Version 17.0 which took 30.60 seconds.
The memory consumed to expand schema objects in Excel database has significantly decreased in Aqua Data Studio Version 18.0. On expanding a table tree node in a schema containing 100,000 records, Aqua Data Studio Version 18.0 requires 250 MB for expanding table objects as compared to Aqua Data Studio Version 17.0 which required 1600 MB.
SQL Server 2016 is ready for use with all of the SQL Server features already built into Aqua Data Studio.
We've also added support for the Microsoft JDBC Driver 6.0 that supports all existing SQL Server features, including DBA Tool in Aqua Data Studio.
A new drop-down has been added to the Register Server dialog using which you can set either jTDS or Microsoft JDBC driver connection for connecting to the server.
