With the SQL Server Storage Manager you can now use the "Object" tab to view the storage information of table and indexes for capacity planning.
The new enhanced Object tab in displays:

Owner: Owner of the Table

Row Count: Total number of rows in the table

Index Size: Space used by Indexes in that table
Type = Index
Schema: Owner of the Table

Object Type: Whether System or User Index
Reserved Size: Space reserved for the Index
Used Size: Total used space
Index Size: Space used by Indexes
