Server Registration Enhancements

Schema Browser	Resizeable Dialog	Scripting

Server Registration in Aqua Data Studio 7.5 has the following refinements:

• Advanced Tab now has the option to display Scheme.Table as "Table (Schema)" for the Schema Browser to view Database Objects.
• A new Resizeable dialog for Server properties is added
  - New enhancement in Connection dialog which is now resizeable for all "failed to connect" messages
• New preferences in File->Options->Scripting:[Statement Separator] is now specific for databases. It is now 'Scripts-> [DBMS type]'

Logging Enhancement

The Log Viewer is enhanced in Aqua Data Studio 7.5 with a startup.log to troubleshoot problems. It’s available in the Help menu (under View Log->Archive) and works independently from Data Studio’s normal log file.

SQL History

The SQL History in Aqua Data studio 7.5 is now enhanced. A new property named Execution Time is added so that you get a better idea on the speed of queries you run in the Query Analyzer.

Detail View

Debugger

• Parameter dialog needs to have a method of storing values for execution so it can save and load. You don’t have to type all these in - Copy and Paste the value
• Oracle Package debugger now includes the "Go To" combo box to quickly move quickly to any procedure or function within the editor.

Closing Tabs with Middle Mouse Click

• ADS 7.5 has a new feature to support closing Tabs by Clicking on them with the Middle Mouse Button like the applications - Firefox, IE, Intellij

Save All option for Tabs

• When closing many tabs that are modified, ADS 7.5 now has an option for "Save All"

Enhancements to Documents Tab

• Latest enhancements in ADS 7.5 for easy renaming tabs

'Rename' folders in the schema/script tree.

• New option to 'Rename' a folder in the schema browser is added in ADS 7.5

Function key 'F3' to rename objects

• If i select an object and click Function key 'F3'  it should allow the user to rename objects

Query Analyzer max results for SQL Server and Sybase no longer apply to SELECT INTO statements to work around bugs in JDBC drivers for Sybase ASE and SQL Server.
