With the Oracle Storage Manager you can now use the "Object" tab to view the storage information of table and indexes for capacity planning.
The new enhanced Object tab in displays:

Object Name: Name of the database object
Owner: Owner of the table
Object Type: Type of the database object
Tablespace: Name of the tablespace containing the table
Bufferpool: Name of the Bufferpool containing the table
Partitioned: Specify whether the table is partitoned or not
Table Size: Total Size occupied by the table. Calculated by NUM_ROWS * AVG_ROW_LEN
Segment Size: Total size of the extent occupied by the table. Calculated by SUM(BYTES)
Row Count: Total number of rows in the table
Index Size: Space used by Indexes in the table
Created Date: Date on which the table was created
Type = Index
Index Name: Name of the index object
Index Schema: Owner of the Index
Table Name: Name of the database object
Table Schema: Owner of the Table
Object Type: Whether Sytem or User Index
Tablespace: Name of the tablespace containing the index
Buffer Pool:Name of the Bufferpool containing the index
Index Type: Type of the index
Index Size: Size of the Index
Valid: Whether the index is valid or not
Uniqueness: Whether the index is UNIQUE or NONUNIQUE
Rows: Number of rows in the index
Created Date: Date on which the index was created
