Charts (Revision #6)

New Function Series 'Average': The new function, Average, finds the sum of all values in a series and divides that sum by the total number of rows/samples.  This value is then plotted as a horizontal line. This is useful for observing how far off of average for all points a value is at a given time.

New Chart Type 'Map': The new chart type, Map, presents a flat world map with country outlines. Options include the ability to show country details (population, currency, and area in square units) and a low resolution satelite view background image. A map chart will highlight the country in display and toooltip information will show data from the query on mouseover.
