Columns and Rows Decks

The Columns Deck is where you drag fields you wish to add as columns to the view. Any number of items (Dimensions, Measures, Parameters) can be dragged into the Columns Deck to create a View.

The Rows Deck is where you drag fields you wish to display as a row in your view. Any number of items  (Dimensions, Measures, Parameters)  can be placed in the Row Deck to create a View.

You can quickly swap what's in the Columns with what's in the Rows by clicking the [Swap Columns and Rows] Toolbar button, or use the [Analysis] Menu and select [Swap Rows and Columns]. This is the fastest way to change the orientation of your Charts or Tables from vertical to horizontal and back again.
