For Microsoft SQL Server, we've added the ability to view, script and edit Extended Properties for Tables, Table Columns, Views, Synonyms, Indexes, Procedures, Functions, Object Triggers and Database Triggers. It's also possible to include Extended Properties when generating or editing ER Diagrams with our Entity Relationship Modeler.
If you right click on objects that allow Extended Properties in the Schema Browser and select Script > CREATE(FULL) you now see the Extended Properties in the resulting script.
The Visual Editor for Tables allows creating and altering Column extended properties.
If you generate an ER Diagram, the Extended Properties will be included within the Object Entities that allow them. Extended Properties appear within the comments area at the bottom of the Object Entities.
